In each class, you’ll experience a series of rapid bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods, keeping your heart rate up and your body challenged. Our expert instructors will lead you through a variety of dynamic exercises, including bodyweight movements, cardio drills, and strength training, ensuring a full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups.

Core & stretch

Welcome to our Core and Stretching class, where strength meets flexibility! This class is designed to enhance your core stability while promoting overall muscle relaxation and injury prevention. 


In each session, you’ll engage in a variety of targeted core exercises that build strength in your abdominal muscles, back, and pelvic region. A strong core is essential for maintaining good posture, improving balance, and supporting your overall fitness journey. 


Our class also incorporates dynamic stretching techniques that help loosen tight muscles and improve your range of motion. You’ll learn effective stretches that not only enhance flexibility but also aid in recovery and reduce the risk of injury during other physical activities.

Fit start : a welcoming and empowering class designed specifically for individuals who may feel nervous or insecure about their fitness journey 


This four-week program offers a supportive environment where you can train at your own pace, free from judgment and pressure each class will be varied to boost your fitness and help you drop bodyfat 


 it will be the same people from session 1 to session 4 getting you ready for the next phase of your health and fitness journey. 


you will also be provided with Ebooks with recipes and guides to help you with your goals.

Age 11yes to 16yrs 


This class is ran in 4 weeks training blocks training once a week on a Monday at 5:00pm


This class with be a mixture of training to work on 

Strength, speed, Agility, hand eye coordination, safe lifting


muscle endurance games to agility drills 


This class is aimed to boost kids confidence working on great  health and fitness habbits from a young age 


if they play sports to take there game to the next level 


If you would like your child to go onto the next 4 week training 


To boost health and wellbeing in the area this class is just £15 for the 4 week block !
