We can either meet at the gym, or we can have a conversation over the phone, whichever you prefer. This allows me to introduce myself, and discuss your goals with you as well as explain how we can work towards achieving those goals.
Gym plans are created to help reach your own personal goals and to meet your needs. This is why each of my clients are seeing great results. We will track your progress using both measurements and visual progression photos. Depending on your goals we may do V02 Max test, strength,endurance, we can also check resting heart rate as well as blood pressure
After you have finished your training session, my help does not stop. If you are struggling with your training, diet or need some extra motivation, you can message me for some extra support and advice.

I do not ask for prepayment for each training session. Each session is paid for on the day of training. If you book a block of sessions, I would require a minimal deposit. I am confident in the results you will achieve and therefore I do not expect prepayments upfront to tie you in.
Deposit is held incase you book a session and do not show up the cost of the session is taken from the deposit unless you give 48 hours notice
