I am a ex professional rugby league player and currently semi pro in rugby union.
I have 14 years first hand experience in strength and conditioning as a player, learning and practical.
Once i start with a team i cover everything from fitness, speed, agility and Pre Hab ect.
Being a S&C coach is not just about throwing out fitness session after fitness session, we need our players to peak at the right time to make it from the first to the last game at top peak performance while reducing the injury rate.
