Bootcamps are suitable for all levels of fitness.
The camps are ran with individual training stations, using both weighted and body weight exercises and you will be working at your own pace. You will be pushed and corrected when needed to make sure you get the most out of every session.
come alone or with a friend or family member everyone is welcome.
